Children’s Church – Now Twice Monthly
Children’s Church will be available the 2nd and 3rd Sunday of each month during 10 am Worship. Our 2026 start dates are Jan. 11th and 18th.

3R Development and NAACP #3194 Day of Service,

Volunteers will assist Seniors with home maintenance, make and distribute hygiene kits and indoor planters, and engage in intergenerational mentoring and community discussions on poverty and civic responsibility.

2026 MLK Community Choir
There will be a community choir for the 2026 MLK Worship. The choir will rehearse at 6 pm on Tuesday, 1/6 and 1/13,
Jamaica Relief
This month we will partner with Matthew 25 ministries to meet the needs of those in Jamaica impacted by Hurricane Melissa. Personal care items, cleaning supplies, and water are examples of items needed. More details about collection times will be available soon.

Care Portal Ministry
New Era is joining Care Portal, which is a network that connects churches with a way to meet the needs of local children and families. We need 6 to 10 New Era members to volunteer for our Care Portal team. Training will be provided. Please let Pastor Tate know if you’re interested. Home – CarePortal
Health Professions Ministry
Are you a health care worker who has a passion to share your knowledge? In 2026, we will start a Healthcare Professions ministry for those who want to share their knowledge to support health awareness at New Era and the community.
